Position - Chief Financial Officer

In the wake of the L&L brand slump, it is my plan to enlist professional assistance to make the forward motion of the company more viable. The key position to be considered is that of a CFO.

The CFO will be responsible for maintaining the financial stability of the company. In addition to preparing monthly income statements and balance sheets, the CFO will oversee a financial forecasting and marketing team that will assist in heavy market projections and research. The CFO will ultimately report to the CEO but will be responsible to the Chairman and the Board of Directors. This is a full time position that will require heavy input from the CFO and is not to be taken lightly as a sidebar job. Pay is commensurate with expereience and is to be discussed with the chosen candidate only.

I am curious how L&L in it's current state, without substantial income and no set direction can afford a Full Time CFO, in RL that's a 100k USD salary

This issue at hand has been the divided attention and that has hurt us in the past especially dealing with technology. At the current state, I can handle it myself but over the next 6-12 months, I doubt that I can. I will explore more options.

Both of you grossly overestimated the point of the position. I never said that we could afford a full time CFO. AGAIN, the issue is divided attention. I would rather not have a CFO that manages 15 companies.

It was never said FULL TIME. I was stated as EXCLUSIVE. The two terms do not mean the same thing.
