Consolidation of Assets Empty Consolidation of Assets

Post by Lindsay Dover Tue Aug 05, 2008 3:17 pm

I am currently consolidating all assets from all accounts and moving them to LNL Bing. The following accounts are being used in this effort:

LNLBT Miles (Sim Transfer)
LNLCA Dawes (Balance)
LLADN Back (probably has no assets)
Luke Birdbrain

At this time, I have come to the conclusion that Luke Birdbrain is not returning to SL and proceeding with consolidation efforts as we have laid out personally when we created the business in 2006. All Land and linden holdings will be moved to LNL Bing. We are also trying to retrieve our assets from SL CapEx that has not released our accounts since delistment. I am still in the process of selling Commerce City East and Hostel will be turned over to a Lead GM of the sim soon. L&L Entertainment will continue to sponsor the sim but will not be directly responsible for it.

This will leave us with 4 sims that are doing fairly well at the moment but the empty sim is stifling income. Selling these two sims and reclaiming assets will get us out of the red hopefully buy the end of September and we can proceed with rebuilding efforts of the company from there. Once consolidated, company alts will be cancelled accounts leaving Luke Birdbrain and LNL Bing open. If you do see Luke online, it is me, moving objects around on the sims as that account will remain for his return but will cease active operations with L&L.

Please be mindful of the group L&L Corporation as this is the only group that information will be ported through. Feel free to leave the others unless you are a land owner. Cutting our physical liabilities down to 4 sims that are profitable will help us on the slow road to recovery. Thank you again for your patience.

Petition to Retrieve Assets Submitted to SL CapEx

To whom it may concern, I am submitting a formal petition to have access to the assets on the following accounts: Lindsay Druart, Luke Birdbrain, LNLBT Miles, LNL Bing, LLADN Back, and LNLCA Dawes. At glance, there is a significant amount of assets between these accounts that will greatly assist in our efforts to bring our company out of the red. We are currently liquidating assets to decrease immediate liability to be able to realize profits on a reduced amount of assets so that we can afford to realize dividends and future buybacks for our shareholders a lot sooner.

Currently, we have not decided where to list to publicly trade, but I do plan on providing financial statements for iVentures to catalog along with the other companies as we move back into restructuring beginning in September. The company only has two employees being Lindsay Druart, CEO and Gabrielle Miles, CCO and are currently still operating the land division. All other divisions are on hold until we liquidate enough to stay out of the red for at least 60 days. At that time, I expect to see a slow but steady increase, bringing operations of web services back on line incrementally. All servers, domains, and databases are still maintained and will continue as such.

Please let me know what further steps I need to take to either assist our future or go back to the drawing board. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Consolidation of Assets Empty Re: Consolidation of Assets

Post by Lindsay Dover Wed Aug 06, 2008 5:05 pm

At the current moment, it seems that my petition is not in the hands of SL CapEx but the entire market so for all intensive purposes, the notion has been put on the chopping block. We all here know exactly what has transpired but I was making an attempt to focus on the solution, not the shoulda, coulda, woulda. The past is just that. The past. And from the responses on that forum, that is where everyone is staying so....

With that in mind, I am writing off assets held in SL CapEx and moving on. The petition is still in place should some form of reason come from the action but at this point, I will proceed as if those assets are not there and continue otherwise.

Have a read. I will not post another response to the thread. I have talked for well over a year. There is nothing more to say than move on and restructure.

Consolidation of Assets Empty & LNL ASSET Disposition - 08/06/2008 - for review

Post by Scott Nestler Wed Aug 06, 2008 5:43 pm

I have posted my response to this atrocity in the CapEx forums.

I know here my opinion doesn’t matter and would be subject to censorship

Consolidation of Assets Empty Re: Consolidation of Assets

At this point in time, our tier bill sits at almost $3000 USD as the sims are not bringing in near what they should at this point, we do not have the capital to combat that. Unless someone has any ideas, the sims will be abandoned on the 15th.

I have talked to LL and I am working on selling the sims now. There are 3 for sale at $800 a piece, $1500 for two, or $2100 for three. The other two sims are not sellable right now and are reserved for the moment.
