Ask Lindsay Empty Re: Ask Lindsay

Post by Lindsay Dover Thu Jun 12, 2008 10:13 pm

1. The shareholder list for LLC (L&L Corporation) is being compiled now that we have the list for LCA. I should be done with that Monday morning but I will submit it Tuesday evening to use Monday to go over the numbers. The list will be posted in the forums.

2. The LLC website is being finished and portions of the LFS and LCA websites will be combined to run off one portal since the two are so similar which will all link back to the main LLC website.

3. Some assets are being liquidated and sold to assist in the transition. Those transactions should be completed by month end.

4. I expect to run LFS and LCA simultaneous and have the website at least 50% operational by month end with the complete rebranding done by August 1.

5. Once the website is 50% operational, LLC will be listed and the brokerage will commence. ATMs will be updated as well.

6. We expect the first dividend for LLC to payout August 1st and financials covering June and July will be posted at that time as well.

Currently, this is the short term plan over the next three months. I will release more as it is solidified.

Lindsay,

I am missing some pieces.

1) Who are you going to submit our names to?
4) If your merging all of the shareholders into one division why would you run them as seperate divisions still?
5) Your listing LLC on your own brokerage?

1. The names will be listed here in the forums.
4. They will be more departments than divisions. LFS and LCA will run together but is still departmentalized.
5. I am still a bit up in the air about this one. I do not want to but at the same time I do not want to be unlisted for too much longer. It's not really fair to the shareholders I suppose. I am looking at some options but worst case scenario, yes.

Darlings, I have a question and a suggestion.

First, what will happen to the Financial Services website? Is that still going to be around? I do presume that it will be, but I thought that I'd ask.

My suggestion is that a link to this forum be put on the home page of the myllbt.com site so that customers can come here directly. It would help those that do not check out the SL Capex forums find this.

Yes, the FS website will be around. It will be rebranded and updated a bit. I have posted the forum address on the website and in the groups in world as well.

Ask Lindsay Empty Shares in multiple places

Post by RaggedDelec Wed Jun 25, 2008 3:36 pm

Hello - I have (had) shares in Capex AND in the brokerage of the same entity (LCA). The google spreadsheet you posted only listed Capex shares. What will happen to brokerage shares?

Good question Ragged. I honestly don't have an answer for you as I had not considered that. Tell me what your thoughts are and I will present a few of my own.

It should be a simple matter of adding both sets together, although it depends on how they were listed on Capex. I presume that it was under one of the corporate avatars?

That would be correct Anastasia. So those shares would be removed from the corporate avatar and added to the balance of the brokerage members.

When can we have access to our money? It has been 10 months now, and I don't want to hear..."Oh, I will have the list compiled by Monday", or any other such nonsense. Through my 3 alternates, I have a substantial amount of money frozen here (about $1,200 US). Send me a check, pay by paylpal, or any other such method. If you don't have my money (in which case where did it go?), then negotiate with me on paying it off in installments, or something like this.

I have sent emails, with no response. I am now at the point where I will weigh my options for taking further action. There are many options. Just 2 that pop into my head are lawsuit (class action if others are interested) and asking the IRS to investigate, which would include the real life credit union.

I was referring to Thanksgiving morning but I have spent the holiday and the weekend repairing my house and I'm still not quite finished but I am working on the new business plan and updates at the moment that includes a rebranding and status reports on everything that has happened. i have nothing but time now since i am unemployed but i am working with local law enforcement on issues in my house and such so I have been preoccupied with securing things since only one of the five doors on my house has a lock. I will try to answer questions as they come until I get the official notice out.

Ask Lindsay Empty update

Post by Enky Nakamura Wed Dec 10, 2008 9:08 pm

After eleven months, i'd like to know what you have in mind about who TRUSTED you depositing money in your bank like i did prior the banking ban of last 8 january 2008.
I can understand that you might be busy with your first life as everyone here is, but honestly i waited too much time and i pretend a precise answer if will be possible to have my money back (equivalent of 100000 lindens mixed in lindens and real usd) and in how much time.
You have been always fair , please dont disappoint us.

I stated a ways back, Enky, that the share conversion would result in all holdings being issued shares. I am in the uploading the file of that to Google Docs as we speak. Know that your money is not completely lost and that your invested is greatly appreciated. I do not plan to leave anyone holding the bag. That is not my intention. 2008 has been a rough year for both my SL and RL but....thank God this crap is almost over. I'm ready for change as Obama would say. Anyway, I do appreciate your patience. I will be releasing the newest business plan with the rebranding information this weekend.
